First of all, here's a picture of a 'so cute I want to make babies now' baby. He is the son of one of the chefs in Mosaic.
I hardly talk to that chef one except 'anyongggggg' whenever I see him and kowtow wtf.

Despite having 5 school days a week, I only went to college 2 days due to Monday being public holiday and Thurs and Fri where I was sooo tired from working the previous night that I could not wake up at all.
I now officially have 5 subjects and assignments are piling up already. Unfortunately, work was also very busy this week.
On Monday, we had the CRAZIEST event of the century. we were hosting a dinner function for a group called Taiwan Life. Not much information was available on them except they might be an insurance company or something.
As Slav put it: They set the crazy bar up SO high, unless they come back, no one will be able to top that. HAHAHHAHAHAHAHA
Seriously, they were extremely uncivilized! Standing on top of tables and chairs dancing, doing flying kicks on the floor, vomitting into wine glasses, it was like a freaking concert instead of a dinner function in a 5-star hotel. They freaking slammed the red wine and OJ.
For their entertainment, they hired a santa Claus to go around (we were joking he's either 6 months too early or too late) and strippers! OMG!
Their show was called 'Man Power' LOLOL.
900 whistles blowing at the same time. It was deafening. The guests were given glow sticks as well -_- rave party meh??
And my partner, Anthony this Irish dude who is kinda good looking in a way was pulled aside so the guests can take pictures with him -________________-
Never seen a white dude issit! Dayum.
After they left, the state of the room was in such a mess that you don't know where to start clearing. If I wasn't paid public holiday rate, I wouldn't even want the shift.
Luckily after that night, everything was back to normal. Then we had a 1200 pax dinner split between Grand Ballroom and Heritage Ballroom. The guests were members of the C3 church group called Vision Builders? I think.
Connie said they are all very happy people. No need drugs or alcohol, naturally happy wtf.
After dinner, we had to clear and MEP for the next day's functions. It was hell. Ever since David became manager, we hardly do 12 hour shifts anymore. He hired more people and split the shifts sorta evenly between associates so we all do about 7-8 hours per shift.
Why I say sort of? Because whether you get a shift or not depends on how much he favours you. Poor Norman. David doesn't like him hence he always get cancelled if there is a need to.
So on Wed night, I finished at 2am but dunno why I went back to sleep when the alarm rang. Hence I missed by 12pm class wtf. On Thurs night, we finished at 4.30am while my class the next day starts at 8am T___T. By the time I got home and showered, it was already 5.30am! My bro was already up and ready for his 6am work. And if I have to go to school, I have to leave at 6.30am.
In the end, I was like fuck it. Can't do this anymore....and went to bed until 12 noon.
While last night, we also finished late like 3.30am. I was knackered and fell asleep as soon as I hit the pillow.
That is my life for the past week. Sien.
Anyways, banquets is quiet next week with only 1 shift and another one in Lobby Bar for me. I shall concentrate on my studies now.
As if.

I really do suck at cooking. I just cooked myself some fish cake soup with glass noodles. And it was so bland........
Coz I only used half a pack of fish stock and lotsa water. Looking at the nutrition info at the back of the pack, I figured half a pack would be enough and other flavours will come from boiling the fish tofu, fish balls and bok choy.
Food outside must really use a lot of MSG and stocks to be that good :((
and cooking skills*****
I still have Sun to revise for my Monday lecture and organise everything. Today I shall watch lotsa DVDs and eat whatever I want! Myling borrowed me the Beauty and the Beast DVD but it is the new version. I prefer the original ones like from 50s (Sleeping Beauty) and 70s/80s?? for Beauty and Beast.
