Is a very boring day.

But I am so fucked tomorrow. I would say at least 13 hrs of work becoz surprise surprise, I have 2 jobs in a day.

Back to today. I woke up at 1pm. Shit. I wanted to wake up earlier like 9am so that I can crash early tonight and have enough slp to fuel myself for tomorrow. But fail.

Ate cereal and my last banana. Hafta go Paddy's Market agn.

Went online and read blogs/gossip columns damn why are u so 8 Lesley.

Then I decided to cook the hotdogs that I bought yesterday. Cut them up to just find out that they are different from the ones we get in Brunei. Seriously lor...i have never buy nor cook any hotdogs since I came to Sydney....until today.

The meat inside is soft and mushy and damn geli arh. And it stinks like shit too. Ewwwww.

What I wanted to do was cut up the sausages diagonally and stir-fry them with eggs and tomato sauce. One of the simple dishes my mum used to cook and which I know how to cook without asking for recipe (what la! see the dish oredi can know la ok. if u can't figure it out, then u can jump off the Harbour Bridge now wtf)

Still, I did cut it diagonally altho I had to be really careful not to squeeze the meat out and make a mess. After pouring in the egg mixture, I dumped shitloads of tomato sauce in the pan too. Throw in a little bit of chilli sauce too coz imma chilli sauce freak.

Then I decide to lan lek and add in a bit of sweet soy sauce becoz I always see in cooking show that chefs always add an extra ingredient which doesn't seem to fit in but in the end, turns out mmmmmm!!!! wtf.

My dish turns out mmmmmmm!!! wtf. Good move.

While waiting for my food to cook, I took a BIG porcelain plate, put a big porcelain mug on top and fill the mug with LOTSA stainless steel cutleries.

Carry it ala Westin style wtf and walk around the apartment which is 2 laps round the living room to the toilet and back wtf.

I could only do that routine 2 fucking times before my hands went weak. DAMN FAIL LA YOUUUUUUU!!!

Now it is on my bed urm waiting for me to carry it agn.

Now I'm like this high-maintenance girl who tells people "Oh! It takes me about 2 hrs to just get my hair done." WTF

Because it does takes me abt 2 hrs to just get my hair done. :((

Washing, conditioning, putting on hair masque, drying and curling.

I can do so many things with that 2 hrs instead I have to spend it on my hair. And Wei Xin even ask me start putting on more makeup. He say then it'll help guys notice me wtf. Am I that ugly? I'm like WTFFFF! No way. Even if I put on makeup, also have to remove by end of day what. Extra work summore. And if the guy sees my real face, he goes 'Shit!' and siam real quick, I also back to square one.

Just putting on concealer in the morning takes me 5 minutes, And if I decide to be a bit more girly, it'll take me another 10 mins to put on eyeliner, mascara and other stuffs.

Gawd..the downside of being a girl with thick hair wtf. Wonder if ppl will charge me extra for brazilian waxing coz my petpet mao so thick arh?? T_T

Edit: I'm so lazy to go out. Hafta go pick up my blood test results, find my missing name badge and pick up some hair products wtf.

Edit agn wtf: I'm back from the doctor and grocery shopping. Aih. My life is so sad. The doctor showed me the results of my blood test and said my APPT is abnormal which means the time it takes for my blood to coagulate is too long. But it is only 1.5 secs too long meh!!!

What can happen in 1.5 secs you tell me? Nothing! Erm actually, a baby can be conceived in 1 sec so yeah. Haih!!!! I went for a second blood test and omg, i'm turning into a wuss. I really really squirmed at the sight of my blood in the long tube. My knees went weak gao gao.

Onto happier things like the hair products that I picked up. I got Sunsilk Curl Booster and No Frizz Balm and Dove Heat Defence Theraphy. Pls save my hair!!

Note to self: Go for some hair curling lessons!!!

I bought so much food for 30 bucks at Coles! I love grocery shopping! I love to buy lotsa food and the thing is I don't actually cook at that much. In fact, I have not cook for abt 1-2 weeks now. I wish I was back home then my mum or dad can cook up some good stuff.

Then I was like "If you're gonna do that, I might as well just buy a curling tong and curl my hair myself." He said "Oh, if your hair is straight and you curled it, it won't have the same outcome as Miley's. Only if you permed ur hair and curled it, then it'll look the same."

So means I still have to maintain what! He also said I have to wash my hair for about 1 to 2 weeks before the curls loosen up and be similar to what I want. Similar? Similan.

Altho I have to admit, I reli like my hair after he curled it with the large curling tong. It brought me back to the 21st century wtf.

I went to the doctor. First I showed him my toenails. He said it's nothing serious and there's nothing that can be done but to wait abt 3 months for the nails to push the blood clumps out.

Then I showed him the bruise which he then says it's a whole different story and wants me to get a blood test. He said just to test if I have some blood disorder which I highly doubt coz I had it, I would have died like ages ago. Anyways, it's free so yeah.

For some reason, this time I kinda squirmed a bit when they took my blood. The guy poked the needle into my vein and filled up 4 tubes with my blood. It's scary to see the blood just squirting into the tubes. I was imagining blood to continue squirting after he remove the needle and onto his face ahahahahah!!! Sick eh u.

Neways, I paid 14 bucks for a cream esp for bruises. Shit. I spent A LOT today. Cannot spend nemore. CANNOT! Not even for shopping.

I have blood underneath my toenails...

I told my mum abt my huge-ass bruise and bloody toenails and she told my dad and my dad wants me to go to doctor tomorrow.

I did an online research abt bloody toenails and they say it's because of impact from too-tight shoes. Dammit!!

I knew I shudn't have bought the 20 bucks shoes from Market City. Which I wore for 1 day and is now in the bin. I could have use that money, add on another 5 bucks and buy the most comfi-est shoes ever from Kmart.

And the treatment as stated online is for the doctor to drill a hole into my toenail to drain the blood(if the blood is not dried up yet). *gasps in horror*

I remembered having 5 eggs left and today when I opened my egg carton, there's only 4 left! WTF.

And whoever took my egg is obviously not very smart or doesn't notice the way I use my eggs. I always take the eggs according to their positions like right left right left right left. But today there are 2 rights in the carton.

So it means someone took my egg!

I was trying to finish this post when the landlord came in and told me about his homework. He said it's bullshit and asked if I can do it for him coz it's pretty easy for me too. Then he said the magic sentence, "I'll pay you to do it!".

What??!!!

Of coz I'm not stupid la. I looked at the paper first before deciding if I shud do it. It's pretty easy like it's not even half as difficult as my easiest assignment from ICMS.

Writing memos using all the info given, writing emails, giving opinions on a letter written and writing OHS reports with the OHS handbook given. So easy peasy. Why the landlord lazy until like this? Anyways, there were 5 tasks and we agreed on 7 bucks per task. Easy money for me. I finished the whole thing in 1 hr+ plus phone calls with WX wtf.

Good for me coz I have no shifts at work so I also dunno what to do at home. If go out, sure spend money.

His business school damn lauya one. Everyday he complain to me abt how shit his teacher is hahah!

Whatever....We both see this happening agn quite some time soon.

No la. Actually, today we had our training from 8.30 to 4. Teaching us about the Westin brand and provided us with lunch and endless rounds of tea wtf.

If you are constantly in conferences, you'll get fat seriously. Coz you get tidbits to munch on every 2 hrs. And u're always sitting. Fat hips alert!!!

I went there early to get change just to have our banquet manager Tania tell us that we do not have to work and need to have our training in our casual clothes. Which is FML for me. Coz of all days where I actually bother to dress up, today was the day I decided to wear shorts with my black pantyhose with black shirt and ICMS hoodie and my black boots. I look like a trashy slutbag. The ones that charge 20 bucks for a job. FML.

Anyways, I thought today was funny coz we get to see another side of the people that I work with.

I never said this but here goes. Last week during one of the lunch function, we had to served coffee and I was at this station when this Korean guy (today I found out his name is Calvin) came up to the station too.

I was too engrossed in finding what I was supposed to find that I didn't hear/see the guy asking me to help pour some coffee into the cup he was holding. Mind you, he was carrying another pot of tea in his other hand.

Only when he poured the coffee himself, then I realised 'Oh Shit. Did he just asked for coffee from me?'. Dang!

I bet he was super annoyed with me and all that shizz.

I swear this problem is gonna land me in hugeee trouble one day. But I can't help it!! It's not that I'm pretending to NOT to hear you or something. It's because I seriously didn't hear you. I mean, if I had, I would have pour the coffee into his cup immediately right!!

But today I realise he is also a sohai. Hahahah...All the Korean guys workign there damn sohai one. We were having lunch with one of the atas people la. Then the atas guy left. Calvin was sitting in front me and besides Kar (another Korean guy who is a fren of Daniel Lee wtf...I know!!!).

Calvin kept on laughing. So I asked him why. He then pointed to Kar and said as a matter of factly that 'He's gay'. Ahhahahah!! L-U-I!

Finally woke up, showered and walk to Broadway Shopping Complex to get the damn waitress shoes. My plan is to look in Kmart first, then Payless and if I still don't find it, then I have to get the real expensive ones from Myers which will make me poorer by $110.

But I found a pair for $25 in Kmart muahahhaahha!!!
And I bought one pair of shoe insoles for $3 which you can cut out according to your shoe size for extra comfort. Just for precaution ma...

I saw him while retriving my uniform from Level...urm...godammit, i never remember what floor it is. Which explains why I'm almost always late for work. FML.

SB was in front of me and left after he got his. Once I got mine, I freaking ran to the lift (coz I was running late) just to find him still standing there waiting for the lift. I tell you, Westin has the slowest lifts ever!

When he saw me, he said 'Hey'.

SB: Not reli..I'm in the stewarding dept but they just gave me this shirt.

What have I gotten myself into??

Banqueting is hard shit man!

I never realise banqueting is so demanding and time-consuming. Aih.

Mon: We started with just skirting some tables and polishing cutleries and table set-up for dinner for 600 pax. I wore my flats and didn't have that much of a feet pain. And we were polishing cutleries and glasses with music playing in the ballroom so it was all good. 9hrs.

Tues: Dinner for 600pax. I wore my college shoes which is kinda flat too but you know me la. A bit of standing time will get a complain from me reli soon. Some of us had to stand at the entrance with silver trays carrying drinks and OMG, that was the worse night of my life.

It was so fucking heavy. And I never had to carry such thing before. Not even in my part-time job. Luckily for the hospitality students, they do this in GDR so maybe it was better for them.
We were assigned partners randomly and had to work in pairs. Each pair is allocated 5-6 tables. I had to served entree which is very easy for me even if I have to carry 3. But the mains killed me totally. I can only carry 2 and my whole arm just died too. FInish at abt 1.30am i think. 9 hrs.

Wed: OFF. Pure bliss.

Thursday: We had a lunch for 700pax and agn, we all have to served mains and I reli cannot do it man. After the lunch, it clearing up and resetting for 900pax breakfast!!! My feet were reli hurting so much by this time that I could barely walk. 11 hrs.

Friday: After clearing up of the 900 pax breakfast, we had 3 hrs to turn the room around for 500pax lunch. Altho my feet were still kinda painful, I worked reli hard today. Not even like trying to hide at a spot or something so I can have a 5 mins break. This is the one time where I can say I worked hard wtf. After our 1/2 hr break, we started the lunch which is for the Australian Opposition Party(Liberal or something. Sorry. Politics not my strong points). Mr Malcolm Turnbull (correct name ah?) was there to give a live speech going on Sky News abt the economy and unemployment and blablabla.

While Turnbull was making a speech, there is to be no service as all. So we sat at the bar and drank/eat. I reli love the whole nozzle and button thing where you can just press and get drinks hehe.

One of the banquet manager, Carlos was like telling us like how he will be the next PM after Rudd coz he makes a lot of sense. Hahah. As I said, politics is not my strong point.

So that was prolly abt it for the past few days. We had 4 functions in 3 days. Tired sial man.

For each of our shift, we are only allowed one half-hour break to eat lunch or something. And we have to pay 3 bucks for our meal. It's like sandwich bar with desserts and coffee. It is only leftovers from restaurant or the kitchen meh. But it is 5-star leftovers which is why we still had to pay 3 bucks for it wtf.

And moving on to my new colleagues!!

First of all, introducing Julie, Jasmine, JK and I. Yesh! We are the Fab Four from ICMS wtf coz we are the only four who made it in. JK is a Korean guy while Jasmine is a Chinese too. Eh, why their names all start with J? Maybe I shud be put my second name first so I can be J too. Call me Joan from now on wtf.

Our supervisors are Jacqueline, Ty and Connie. Jacq is like very in your face kind of girl. I think she's 1 or 2 yrs older than us. Connie is a bit older and more serious I would say. Ty is a very laid-back guy I guess.

The co-workers: Girls -Laura, Linda, Ina, Mary, Saho, Kelly, Vyktoria, Viviane, Fiona, Debby, Jenny, Sun Ju, Claire, Grace, Runa , Myling and etc.

Guys: Jacky, Jim, Kelfien, Eray, Joseph, Cesar, Julian, Kar and etc. There are some guys which I do not know the name yet hahah.

I do not like Linda very much just ebcause she acted all bossy on me today. I was vacumming just one side and decided to move to another one. Linda saw that some parts of the carpet were still dirty and was like 'Are you vacumming at all???'. Shit man. I didn't vacuum that part ok. I only vacuumed Ballroom 1 and if you checked it, it is clean ok. Dammit. At least ask me if I did vacuum that part first before trying to go all accusing in my face.

Kelly is this Korean girl who doesnt look Korean and she is so damn pretty ok. She was adopted by an Aussie couple when she was a baby i think as told by Julie. We both think she is very pretty. Oval face, big eyes, slim build. Wowwww.

And Ina is another Korean girl who is now officially my role model. I was paired up with her on my first banquet and she is so composed, calm and smooth with good English too. Once I finished my IT, my goal is to be like her!!

We have abt a lot of Korean girls, 2 or 3 Aussie girl, 1 French girl, a few Chinese girls. For guys, we have an equal mix of all races I guess. Can't remember too much!

I just realise there is another Malaysian in our team!! Julien is from KL and he's Chinese too but doesn't look Chinese. Haha!!

Jacky is from China and Jim is a Viet. Jim is a very funny guy I think. Very bubbly. Kar, JK and another guy are from Korea. And so on.

I don't think there is anything else that can be said here. Hmm..oh yeah, we are getting paid $18 or $19 an hour and we get paid every fortnight.

Edit: I just got off a phone conversation with my mum and she told me that my dad dreamt of me last night. But I was like 4 yrs old in his dream. According to my mum, he dreamt that the 4yr old me squatted down next to him and asked what's he doing. Just the way I always do when I was 4 yr old. He woke up and said "WTF. My daughter is 20 yrs old liau lah".

Aww...I miss my dad, mum, siblings and friends back in Brunei!!

You know like how I used to frequently have nightmares while I was staying on campus? In my nightmare, I'll see a lady ghost but she changes her appearance everytime. And after that, I'll be paralyzed(but still in my dream mode). I can't move. I can't shout.

When this occur to me the first time, I was so scared that I didn't know what to do so I was left paralyzed for at least ten minutes which seems like an eternity.

Then I'll wake up for real drenched in sweat.

I told myself if that ever happens agn, I must tell myself to wake up. Do whatever it takes but I have to wake up. Hence, everytime I get these nightmares, I was able to tell myself 'Wake Up! Wake Up Lesley. Right Now!!".

Once I was able to do that, although I still get paralyzed, I recover very quickly. At least faster than the first time.

Downright creepy.

Happy to say that since I have moved here, I do not have such problems anymore. Well, yeah not anymore. Hopefully. Everytime I say something will never happen agn, it happens to me the very next minute wtf.

We had BBA122 and ACCG121 tutorials together and sometimes, we take the same ferry back to the city. OMFG. I have never seen anyone who can talk continuously for so long. I mean aren't you tired, little one? wtf

She keeps repeating to me how her Eng class is so difficult/how BBA is so boring/how she's scared her service management essay will fail and inside I'm like ok..you told me before, can you just shut up??!! See...when I repeatedly whine abt my situation here in my blog, you guys have the option to close the window and VOILA!

Sometimes although very rare, she stops for a while and I would seize this opportunity to plug in my Ipod. I mean if someone plugs in his/her Ipod it should be obvious that they do not wish to talk or listen anymore right........?? But she kept on talking. I saw her lips move and I cannot pretend I didnt see that. So I had to remove my earphones and ask her to repeat what she'd just said. >.<

One time in ACCG121, she didn't bring her textbook and she saw that I did. But that time I already agreed to share my textbook with another girl. Yunes still asked me.

She then moved to sit with me and started to talk wtf. Then the guy she usually sits with came in and I saw he has a book and I saw a glimmer of hope. I knew she would go back to sit with him and then I DON'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO HER YAKKING! Alas! FML.

The fucking annoying short and thin Vietnamese girl saw he has the book and just kinda snatched it from him with a "Ahhhh you got boooook, i borrow oookkkkkk" wtf.

So she stays. And all of a sudden, she gave me this massage which nearly snapped my shoulder muscles!! It was fucking painful! I was THIS close to picking her up and dumping her out the window ok!!

She wants to borrow my accounting notes and she held my green jacket hostage!!! I borrowed it to her last term and I think she think I have forgotten abt it and so she can keep it for herself. Hmph. She likes the jacket and she made it obvious eyer. It's the Land's End green jacket with my name engraved on it one!!

SO on Thursday after my last exam, I have to meet up with her to give her my accounting notes in exchange for my green jacket back. Boo~~~

I got the job!!

Woahhh...this is must be like my 3rd post with the title 'I got the job!' wtf.

Today, I wasn't in the mood to study my accounting. I set my alarm at 7.30am and snoozed it until 10.30am.

And I only woke up because I had to go lao sai, if not I can continue sleeping lor.

After the toilet session, I started revising all the topics that's left which is urm..60% of everything.

1/2 hour later, I received a call. And it was Westin!!

"Hey Lesley!! How are you? Just calling you to say that you have been successful at your interview and we wish to offer you a position here. You finish your school this week so can you come in next Monday at 10am and do some paperwork first? Bring all documents necessary and we'll show you around first. We'll give you another call and tell you the number of shifts you have for next week."

OMG!! I saw a very handsome guy when I was dining at Seoulria Restaurant with WX, JW and WW last night.

When he was mixing the bimbimbap for WW, I softly said 'He's so handsome' to WX in Mandarin. But then I suddenly realised that he might understand coz he might be Chinese. Oh shit!

I feel so yucky now. I have not washed my hair for *counts* 5 days and it is kinda very oily altho I did not sweat at all. I have this bad habit and I can't really find the words to describe it but I shall try.

Like washing my hair. I could have washed it like on Wed or something but I pushed it til the last minute when I promptly decide that I'll wash it tomorrow. And another tomorrow. And thus today.

But I don't want to wash it now. Coz I have to work tomorrow and if I wash my hair today, then it'll be smelly when I come back from work tomorrow!!

I want to wash it on Sun night then I can go to school on Monday with fresh clean and smooth hair...

My landlord, Rob, is a 29 yr old Polish sohai... Hahaha!! Really...coz he is always telling us bad jokes and trying to trick us!

Don't think I told you guys that a Korean guy moved into my apartment and before that Rob told us that he doesn't look totally Asian and he has long hair and his English is very good. He knows that I have a soft spot for Koreans. So naturally, I was excited and was anticipating his arrival.

But that day came and :((((

He is SOOO Korean ok!! He said his hair is long....Niamah! Volume got la!! Like so thick almost can be afro liau. His face is Asian kao kao la. English also ok ok la.

When the Korean dude isn't home one day, I asked Rob.

Me: Hey!! You said his face isn't like Korean. That is SOOOO Korean ok!!

He is always trying to trick all the girls in the apartment about something. And he's funny in a way that one time Rob, Tina (ABC from Washington) and I were in the living room/kitchen and I switched on the TV. After 5 mins, a sex scene came on and I was like 'Hey! A sex scene!'.

Rob was like 'Hey, u girls are too young. U shudn't see this...'. Tina and I burst out laughing. ROb then took a blanket and cover the TV. He was like 'Jesus Christ!' ahahahha!!!

Tina and I told Joo Hee (the Korean girl) abt it and she LOL-ed too.

He's such a girl too. Even tho he's like 1.9m and goes to the gym everyday. I gave him a pack of Kraft's cheese snack one time and he flipped the snack behind to check out how many percent of fat it has -_-''

I had my first final exam today!

The exam is a test on our knowledge abt this particular event software which supposedly can help us 'tremendously' *nods*. Aih.

It was ok la. We have to extract data and print the correct report. And I was so stupid. Because I don't read the instructions. Geez woman, when are you gonna learn?

We are supposed to extract data from 2010 Computer Conference which is a database every student has. Instead I tried to extract reports from a 2009 Computer Conference which is what we did in class for practice. You think it would have occur to me that we did it in class THEREFORE IT WONT BE USED FOR EXAM!!! GODAMMIT!

So when I was doing the first question, I was like 'but there is no past attendant/potential sponsor/optional functions/blablabla!!'. I ended up panicking and skipping 3 questions coz I couldnt find the data. And then I re-read the instructions. WTF. 2010 Conference OK woman!!

After catching up with the exam, we had to enter new data and so forth. My PC kept on freezing and I had to Alt+Ctrl+Del so many times, I nearly punched the monitor.

I finished 1 minute before the exam end time.

I think I did ok. Shud be be able to get 70% which is the passing mark! Hmph.

I plan to change my diet agn. I have managed to eat a lot a lot a lot a lot a lot of fruits for the past week. And I'm feeling good abt it.

Imma finish my dumplings/beefballs/indomie wtf within this week. And introduce new things to my diet!

Breakfast: Milo cereal with skim milk + banana
Lunch: Ham sandwich with cucumber and bbq sauce or tuna sandwich with cucumber and tomato mayo or stir-fry veges with scrambled eggs.
Dinner: Prepared fresh fruits in containers (hmm..if it is stored in the fridge for a couple of days already, it isnt that fresh right?)

Sounds perfect right?? Mmmmm.....

I bought these containers from Market City and there are like 6 for 3 bucks. For the past two consecutive Sundays, I have managed to go to Paddy's Market and buy lotsa fruits. Then I'll spend a whole 1 hour cutting up fruits into small little cubes and divide them equally among 6-7 containers.

I like going to markets because I feel like someone's wife wtf >.<
Feels like I have beautiful kids waiting for me at home to cook for them wtf >.<

I am not feeling too well right now..I have a slight headache and I have a slight sore throat too. I think my flu is better now. Yes, I realised all that are symptoms of swine flu aih. But Australia says she is safe so I'm safe wtf.

I think my headache is from tying up my hair too tight and high wtf. And the sore throat is from eating almost a whole pack of chips this afternoon while I was stressing over the accounting assignment. Nvm..I got drink green tea. Burns fat they say wtf.
