Puppies!!

I have been looking for accommodation for the past week and I have found quite a few which are cheap and near to ICMS. But the problem is they are all available now and I have no idea if it will still be available by Dec. I ahve to keep on looking.I'll move out by the 15th of Dec.

I looked for puppies too! There are 2 which I am interested in. One is a mini breed Maltese ShihTzu and it's only $290. It's already been to the vet so it is all checked.

The other is a smaller Maltese toy breed and they cost much more. Bout $590. But they are SOO cute. The guy posting on the net is a dog breeder so he has pups coming in several times per year. So if I can find a place to stay, then I might get the pup in March or I can wait for a new litter in May or July. I am so excited to get a puppy!!

Hello, just blogging from my new phone. OMG! THIS PHONE IS LIKE SOOO AWESOME.

It's kinda tiring to blog using the phone although it has a QWERTY keypad. So now I only use it to look at Facebook and read the news (apa lah, since when you become so ah sam one?)

I received my law paper back. I got 29/30!! So fucking happy la..Mrs G (my lecturer) handed the paper back to me senyum senyum lagi and told me I did a very good job. :DDDDDDDDDD
Wah seh, any friends of mine studying to be a true professional lawyer shud be so proud of me ah (but seriously, in my course you only need to study law so that you know what NOT to do so people can't sue you wtf)

After the paper handout, she let us out early and then, I went straight to my lappie and start doing the much dreaded MGMT112 1500 word essay. Semangat kali ah.......Can you believe that essay has been on my weekly 'to-do-list' for about 4 weeks now? It's due next week Tuesday. So gotta rush man.

I am currently at about 800+ words so abt 600 words to go! Add oil!

I think I haven't told u guys about how Callie, Jodi and I stole a weighing scale from the sidewalk. Well, we didn't technically steal it. It was thrown out on the sidewalk together with other things.

Then, today I decided to weigh myself to see if there's any change in my weight. HOLY MOTHERFUCKER SHIT!

I fucking gained weight!! Although it's no surprise that I gained coz of how much I love Lindt and Milkyway. But can you guys guess how much I have gained in the past 6 weeks?? I'll tell at the end of this post. T________________________________________T

To think that I have to climb that damn hill and stairs everyday, at least I could lose a LILLLL bit of weight rite?? Instead, I gained a total of xx superchauchibai pounds. *cries*

My fault oso la. Maybe because I think I'll lose weight by climbing the hill, it gave me excuses to eat more and thus....this day.

All my roomies weighed themselves. And we all have about the same weight. Maybe 1 or 2 kgs difference. WTF.

Yoga!

I had my first ever yoga class tonight. I even bought a yoga mat. Then I went there just to realise they provide yoga mats wtf. Never mind, I'll go do yoga outside too.

It IS hard man! But I think it's because it wasn't a beginner's class more like a 'i-have-done-yoga-for-quite-a-while' class. So I struggled a bit la. We did some poses where we had to have 1 leg absolutely in front of us and the other one straight up behind. It reli stretches open the whole lower body. You be surprised at how flexible I am despite my fatty ass :D

It was fun though. I look forward to the next class on Monday night. We have it every Monday night. I hope they continue this for the next few terms. So I can have free yoga lessons(el cheapo).

I recently sat for my first exam in 2 1/2 years.

The exam was for ISYS123 and it is divided into 4 parts.

1) Word Quiz. 10 multiple choice questions.
2) Powerpoint Quiz - 10 multiple choice questions.
3) Word Exam - Modify a document according to the instructions given.
4) Powerpoint Exam - Create a powerpoint based on the topic "My Fav Sport".

And oh mai gawdddd!! I scored oni 7/10 for word quiz and 9/10 for powerpoint quiz. Hmm, did I mention it was an OPEN BOOK TEST??!!!!!!

However, the practicals were not an open book test and I oni managed to score 85/90 for powerpoint and 63/90 for word wtf. Seriously, how the hell can you score 63/90 for word exam when it is so easy?? Why my dear, you just dont study and dont pay attention in class!!

Sigh!!!

Today, I sat for my Legal Issues in Event Management Exam. I feel kinda good about it coz I did study for it. I finished the 45 min paper in 35 mins. Fingers crossed that I can score decent marks for it.

And I cannot believed I have just spent $110 in one hour. Like OMG!

I was supposed to go to Vodafone and get my credit checked but now they need my bank statement. So mafan to get a contract one orh.

Then I went to ICE and got 2 yoga pants, 1 jean short and 2 tees for $80. And I bought a box of Lindt's and a novel at Humphrey's for $20.

THEN, I went to Coles and realised that they sell the same box for 4 dollars less. T_______T

Bought some food and more Milkyway! Seriously, I am addicted to Milkyway and Lindt's right now. I need someone to save me.

Met up with Lai, Jw and this guy named Richard. He's half English and half Cantonese. But he looks 90% Asian. The 3 of us only knew that when he told us in the taxi. Cannot blame me la. I oni knew him for 10 mins what. The both of them are his frens also dunno he's mixed. Some frens.

We went for yumcha where we met up with Chee and Qasman. When he told me his name, I heard Kassim. So I called him Kassim. He corrected me agn and this time I heard Kassan.

Then we walked to the Motor Show and I spent $18 on the ticket. Boohoo!! LOL, no la. It was worth it tho. So many pretty cars. I learned the prices of certain cars and tell myself never to even dream abt owning those cars. Ever agn.

We went to play a game of laser skirmish. I didnt want to join at first coz I was wearing a dress and WHO WEARS DRESS TO PLAY LASER TAG????? I had a phobia too coz many many many years ago, in the glorious days of Jerudong Park I went for a game of laser tag with my siblings. However, we had to play with a bunch of useless Malay brats (no offence k). One of the little boys thought he was really living in the laser world and kicked me in the back wtffffff!!!! Since then, I always have this fear of dying in the laser tag chamber. True story ok.

In the end, we all went in. And I emerged the 3rd highest scorer of the red team (our team) and highest scorer of all of them. Geng le....... Ahahahahah, sorry guys.

After the game, we walked to the Sydney Fish Market. I saw one stall selling rice with beef and I wanted to order it. But after thinking properly, you come to fish market of coz u eat fish la!!! Who eats rice with beef at fish market one oh??

Jia Wei, Chee Hwa, Lai and Qasman. They were crazy abt eating the raw oysters! I find it eechhh!!! Then they had to persuade me to try one altho I have told them I don't take anything raw except cucumber. Lai picked a small one and hand it to me. It took me quite a while to get the oyster in my mouth but still I couldnt get myself to munch on it. All I can think about is the oyster's brain/intestinal/slime juice in my mouth. Needless to say, I spit it out.
The guys bought one whole kilo of prawns too. I ordered a salmon and chips for myself. Jia Wei, Chee Hwa and Lai were so kind to peel prawns for me. Awww, thanks guys!

Luna Park!!

Har-loww!!! I have officially quit my shitty job now. But I havent receive a single cent from from my boss. Well, he told me to go to the city on Mon/Tue to get the money from his accountant. Will update agn if I get it.

We had no lessons on Friday because it was graduation day for previous term 9 students. I saw them on my way out to work and can't help but ti think that's gonna be me in 3 yrs time!! Excited gao gao!

I returned back from work at around 3pm and was laying in my bed when Callie came back and told me abt their plans to go to Luna Park. She invited me to go with them. I didnt want to go as first coz I wanted to do my assignments (been putting them off for a long long time) but then I have been working so hard for so long already, I want to have some time out of Manly. So I agreed.

Tango Train. This is seriously one of my fav rides. It just goes so fast backwards first then forwards.

Dunno what the name of this ride but it is so exciting. Ahahah! It is horizontal initially then it starts to spin and tilt to almost being vertical. I was holding on to the railing so hard I have a hard time writing today.

Huge slides. This one isnt that scary. The Giant Slide is the one that scared the shit outta me. I didnt take a pic of it tho. U sit at the edge of the slide and it is like 90 degrees drop down the slide. I was screaming my head off coz I didnt want to let go voluntarily so I told the guy working there to push me off the edge. He did. Sigh.

LOL! It wasnt that scary once you slide down. I actually wouldnt mind going off that Giant Slide agn ahahahhaah.

This is also my fav thing in Coney Island. The Spinning Tunnel. I was seriously spinning around in the tunnel like clothes in drying machine before I can finally climb out of it. Callie was the first to go and we were laughing our asses off at her.
There's the basketball game where you need to score 3 shots to geta big dice. I wanted the red dice so I paid $10 to get 6 shots. I oni got 1 shot. WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!! My $10 ah......
Since I got 1 shot in, I am oni able to get a red heart. That stupid heart cost me $10.

Altho Luna Park is no Disneyland or what but I had so much fun there maybe coz I hadnt gone out for almost 1 month already. Tomorrow I'm gonna spend the whole day with Jia Wei and Lai in the city. More pics maybe?? Heheh.

Ticks!

OU MAI FARKING GAWD!

It's ticks season. A Norwegian girl got a tick behind her ear in our Law class last Wed. And she went to the hospital to remove it. Then our Law lecturer, Ms G started telling us about ticks. There's an area in Manly which is infamous for ticks.

Ticks love to burrow itself in warm places and soft tissues like behind ur ears, on your neck and so on. It's sucks your blood and infects your blood and you get lyme disease. Lyme disease if left untreated can paralyse you and kill you. I am so scared now.

Coz the area just on top of my ass crack is kinda sore 2 days ago. And when I tried to find out what is it, I felt a tiny bump on top of my ass crack. Which just totally reminds me of ticks!! Pls DONT let it be a tick bite. Altho the pain is kinda going away but I dont want to be so sure.

Gosh, just makes me wanna shower and scrub every part of my body clean.

I am munching on cold chicken turkish now.

Got the turkish from the cafe for free. There's my dinner.
Too lazy to heat it up so I just ate it cold.

I told the boss I quit. And next Sun will be my last day at Northern Bites.
My pay ah? $11/hour for the first week bcoz 'I don't know anything'. And $12/hour from the second week onwards.

I havent found another job yet but I don't reli care coz many assestments and assignments are due from week 5 onwards so I prolly need to spend more time on studies instead.

Today I had brunch with 3 Vietnamese girls. Is it just me or does Vietnamese language sounds like Thai? With lotsa 'plau', 'neh', 'ker' and all that slangs.

1 of the girls is very cute you know. She's kinda short and very very very petite. Her voice is very gentle and so adorable la! She's 21 but looks like 12 no shit. I was told that everytime she goes to bar, the bouncer always stops her and ask for ID. Hahahah!

Today's summary.

I was supposed to wake up at 6.30am to get ready and work out at the gym with Callie and Jodi but they never woke up wtf. Day 1 - FAIL!

My alarm went off at 6.30am and I went back to sleep until 7.30am. The only reason I woke up is because Emily has class at 8am and with her shuffling around the room kinda woke me up.

I brushed my teeth and went for a jog at 8 in the morning. Don't ask.

Came back just in time to shower and go for my 10am class.

EVT110 was cute today. We had to practice our negotiating skills in class today. We were allowed to go out and negotiate whereever we want. I like that we don't have to stay in class all the time. I had to sell my 'car' for 3k and above. Market price is about 4500. I teamed up with Callie and she's the buyer. In the end, I agreed to sell my 'car' for 3650. Ahahahah....

I was practically dozing off in the EVT115 class and cursing myself at the same time for waking up at 7.30am to jog in the cold windy weather. Then after the 20 minutes break, Ms G, our lecturer brought us out to the small garden on top of a little hill and we had our lessons there. Well, not lessons actually. We just had to read 16 pages of contracts. I shared the notes with a Korean girl who's on my floor as well. Her name is Joanne Kim. She's not that chibai face la. The chibai face is Racheal Lee. It was so nice! The weather is kinda sunny but it was cool. Wish I brought my sunnies.

Callie found a saloon who does waxing for 20 dollars oni. And Jodi, Callie and I are gonna try it. I have never been waxed down there before so it is gonna be FUN!! wtf lol.

Here are the pictures of my new shoes! I like the peeptoe flats so much coz they are SO soft I went back and got another 2 pairs today. Black and white. Oh yeahhhhhhhh!

Look carefully. This is the stairs I have to climb countless times everyday to get to my room. I think it's 70+ steps. That's about 70 calories one way girls!!! It doesnt look that creepy coz it's the daytime.
This is the path that leads to my room. U see the door rite in front of u? That's room 333, my room. And the attic is on top. The door has some old frame summore. Sigh. Oh hey, there's not only ghosts but vampires as well ahahahah!

I am going to work tomorrow from 5 until it closes, on Sat 3 until it closes. Rest on Sunday and I'll go to the city. And on Monday, Imma gonna work from 7.30am until it closes at night. Ohhh yeah, can't wait!

I learned how to carry 4 plates in one go today and oh my fucking god, my left hand is still shaking rite now. Initially, we had to carry 2 plates first and it was the hardest thing to do. My fingers almost broke off ok. We had to carry 2 plates and walk around the huge Courtyard Cafe like dumbasses. The next round is 3 plates in my left hand. Another walk round the CYC.

I almost drop one of the plate. Luckily, I didnt. Coz then I would have to pay for it.
Surprisingly, the last round of 4 plates seemed easier coz my hands are like so effing numb that I dont feel the pain anymore. After that, we had to serve the plates. Other students will pretend to be customers and we had to carry 4 plates and serve them.

This time we had to clean up the forks and knives too. You know how heavy are those? Together with the 4 plates = Lesley go die.

Mould, creepies, subjects and stupid iron.

The fridge in the kitchen should be thrown down the 4 storeys and burned to charred bits. I bought a box of strawberries from Coles and put them into the fridge. The next day, I wanted to eat them and then I opened the fridge just to lay my eyes on a box of MOULDY strawberries.

My strawberries!! You know how much I love them! Hmph!! Wasted my 2 bucks.

Now I place all my little fruities on my study table that it looks like a fruit stall.

I don't know if you might think about it already but apparently, the college is haunted wtf. Like the college is a castle built in the 1800s so something gotta happened along the way up to 2008 rite?

My floor which is the top floor is directly beneath the attic. I'll take pictures and show you next post. Tara, who is Jodi's roomate is a returning student. She told Jodi who told Callie who told me that her previous room has a hole which enables her to look directly up to the attic and said she saw some weird shit. She saw a ghost too! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh wtf!

Previously I am not afraid AT ALL and I can shower at night (but I oni do so when I have my period. Female hygiene ba). Now............I cannot help but think abt what Callie told me whenever I am in the shower or climbing the freaking stairs alone at night.

Venue Operation EVT110 is really fun when we get to do practicals. Today we did site inspection and try to find a appropriate venue for a conference and a wedding. The lecture was a drag as always. I wish we get to do more practicals.

Hospitality Operations EVT110 will be fun when we do practicals too. We are going to learn how to carry 4 plates at a time and make coffee!! Seriously, like carry plates??? Pffftttt!! Making coffee will be interesting though. And some other hospitality stuff.

Legal Issues EVT115 is ALL lecture. The lecturer, Mrs Giogiutti has HUGE racks. Ok that aside, although it was boring when she spit words like parliament, federal, state, plantiff, defendant at me coz it makes no sense whatsoever, it was really interesting when she told us stories abt real-life criminals and how they are charged. Law is kinda interesting.

Remember the other day, I said I'm gonna iron my clothes? I did. But the iron is so useless that after I did the ironing, it looked no different than when it just came out from the dryer.
