Ok I am procrastinating over here. Shud be rushing like mad to finish my assignment which I am halfway thru.
The day started with me meeting up with the girls at abt 1pm. Bought some food and because I'm Lesley, my period started somewhere along there and I had to go back home and change. Fuck this shit.
Sigh. Anyways, the girls went to Oxford St first and I took a taxi and meet up with them. Paul Collins and some girls were already there. We had good standing position wtf. Coz we are early ma. So damn hot summore. We stood in the sun for abt 4 hrs before the sun actually went behind the building. Sigh summore.
It was so hot, I bought a hat! People were trying to make money so they sold pink Aussie flagss for $5, gold/silver cowboy hat for $10. I was thinking of buying the hat but I cannot wear after the parade ohhh so I didnt buy. Instead, I got a huge straw hat with a clump of purple feathers by the side. It sells for $20 of coz I'm not gonna pay that amount of money for the hat.
Me: How much?
Guy: $20 for this.
Me: So expensive. Don't want. What abt the others?
Guy: Those are cheaper. $15.
But those hats look like shit ok.
Me: Don't want. Not pretty. $10 for the straw hat.
Guy: No..I sell $20. *thinks a bit* Ok, I'll sell $15.
Me: Still expensive...$12.
Guy: *thinks summore* Ok.
Me: Yeah!!
Jw and his gang showed up and I intro-ed them to my girls (wtf! makes me sound like a mama-san ahahaha). It was kinda awkward ahahah. Loosen up a bit la.
There are several parade officials guarding the fences and so the lady in front of us is one as well. I noticed that she has a lot of those fake coloured pearl necklace. I want-s them wtf. Then I told Simone abt it. I asked the lady can I have one of the necklaces and she asked which colour I want. I said 'Pink!!!!'.
Then everyone also want. In the end, she gave away all the necklaces to us. Yeah!! Ahahhaa, if you don't ask, you don't get ba. That's gonna be my motto from now on.
She gave us candies too. When, some girls showed up with their gorgeous costumes for the pre-excitement dances, we started screaming and all that. And it continues into the night wtf. I have never screamed for so long. My Lim Peh hit me with rotan for getting low marks in exams also never screamed so long wtf.
We saw that the whole Oxford St was filled with people and I told Hadee and Wei Wei that even Sultan bday also not that many people ah.
There were 2 reporters standing in front of JW and I and he saw 'Tokyo, Japan' at the back of their shirts. Then we started saying 'Konichiwa' wtf until they turn their attention to us ahahahah. The guy with the camera pointed it at us and we started yelling 'wooooooo' and waving our flags and shizz. Pat chi suo wai wtf.
The parade started with lesbians/gays/girls/guys on bikes. I swear a few of the lesbians are sooooo handsome ok. The gays are also very pretty ok wtf. Next year, I want to sit on one of the bikes!!! We saw old men in thongs and women walking around with their boobs hanging out. One guy was wearing a 'cawat' and he came up to us and lifted his cawat. He was wearing a mesh-net thong and so ya lah, we saw sausage and fishballs!!
We kept on screaming and cheering loudly so that they will come to us and give us things. I received a kiss and hug from a guy but JW got 2 kisses and hugs from 2 guys orh wtf. Some of the parade-rs were a bit boring but there were those that were dancing and really energetic thus making us cheer even more. I received a pack of biscuits, lolli-s and a condom. Size: regular wtf.
The parade ends at about 10pm and the girls and I separated. I followed Jw and his gang to have Japanese food. And reached home at abt 12am.

I just realised...
that EVERYTIME i go to the toilet, my phone rings. Like really.
Once I was waiting for an important call for like more than an hour then i decided to take a pee. As I was pulling my pants up, the phone rang and when I almost reach my room, it stops.
Sigh. I'm like the girl who always has bad things happen to her.
And just now, my phone rang while I was in the toilet poop-ing. I heard the phone rang when I released the first poop wtf.
Prior going to the toilet, I have been sitting at my table for more than 2 hrs and the phone did nothing.
TIU!!!

Today marks another day in the history of Lesley's sad life.
She was rejected by Danny Han Tai Ren sigh.
Here's the whole scenario word by word for you so you can think abt it when you go to bed and snicker at me wtf.
I went to college today and saw Danny at the CYC. He was trying to fix the Ipod thingy in the cafe and while he was doing that, I approached him.
Me: Hey Danny, can I talk to you for a bit?
Danny: Yup, just give me a minute.
*walks to my table and waits*
Then he walked to my table.
Danny: Hey, so what's up?
Me: Urm, I don't usually do this . Actually I have never done this. But do you know my name?
Danny: *gave me the look* Urm...Nope.
Me: Will it help if I say shud I wake up and move on*?
Danny: *thinks for a bit* Oh!! So it's you!
Me: Yeah...
Danny: *offers a handshake* Heheh, I'm Danny.
Wtf, I wanted to say Duh...but I shook his hand and smiled.
Me: The reason I'm doing this now is because I really hate waiting for answers. So I just want to know.
Danny: Urm...
Me: A lot of my friends know this and they all pretty much gave me negative responses when I told them I gave you the card. You know Brian Lee?
Danny: The Korean guy? Yeah..
Me: Yeah, I told him and he did this (I showed him the facepalm motion) and said that a supervisor shudn't date a student and that you have a gf.
Danny: *quiet*
Danny: *laughs nervously* Well, you see the thing is that when I was in the interview with Chris Harris, he told me to 'not fool around with the students'. And I am just working in the GDR.
Me: Well, you are still a student right?
Danny: Yeah. (Then he said something abt being a student and having fun and made this ridiculous gesture and laughing at the same time. It was kinda funny tho so I laughed too).
But I am not going to continue my studies here. I'll be going to Switzerland for my studies** and will work in the GDR until June. But we can hang out sometimes...
Me: Owh....
Danny: It's not that I have a gf or anything but I am not looking to be in a serious relationship right now.
Me: Oh. (heart-broken for a split second)
Danny: And right now, my answer is more towards NO wtf........(jeng jeng jeng).
Me: *smiles (a bit forced la wtf)* Oh it's ok. At least I have an answer now. It really helps.
Then some lady from the Market Place called Danny to turn down the music and he had to go. Otherwise he might talked to me more maybe?? But before he go, he told me this
Danny: But it was nice to get a card like that. *smiles*
Did he say thanks? Can't remember. Well, what I wrote up there is basically what happened today while you guys were doing whatever that you are doing (pang-sai, eating, watching TV, driving, working, having classes)
What I wrote is kinda jumbled up coz I can't remember for the life of me which order did it happen. Everything kinda happened so fast.
There are a few questions I wanted to ask but decided against it.
1) Would you have said yes if you are looking for a serious relationship?
2) You wouldn't happen to be gay right?? wtf
3) Did you made all that up to avoid humiliating me?
Oh well, I was sad for a bit but I felt more relief instead. Coz now I can start on my assignment which is due next week wtf. And then tomorrow I have to pretend to be a professional event manager and survey the Hilton Hotel and it's Mardi Gras Parade on Sat night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Boobies and gays.
So the chapter of Danny Han Tai Ren in Lesley's life is closed.
But you can't deny the fact that Danny is still one helluva eye candy!!!!!!!!

Is the reaction I get from most people when I told them I gave Danny the card.
I had 2 cards with me. One was given to Danny but the other was kinda like a draft. I keep it in my file. I showed my frens coz they wan to know what I wrote. Kim said the colour combination looks like a wedding invitation wtf meh. One friend said what I wrote was very sweet, one said it's very corny sigh. Others are just indifferent and gave me a big smile.
Brian Jong Soo Pa even facepalmed wtf!!!! He said even if anything happens, it's hard coz he's working for the college now and lecturers are not supposed to date students. Aihh.
When I told Queenie, she said why did you give it to him???
Q: He has a GF!
Me: Really? Confirm?
Q: Joyce saw them in Manly many times.
Me: Oh. *sad*
So I tot he reli has a gf. But when I ask Joyce how many times she saw them, she told me just one time. Just that one time at the bus station. Cheh wtf!! One time nia ma....Still got hope. I won't give up until he tells me to wake up and move on.
Maybe tomoro I shud flip my hair to the back while ordering my routine Thursday hot chocolate so that he can see the name on my name tag is Lesley, the girl who wrote the card.
Or he might just be pretending to be clueless.

Uh oh.
After I pass the card to Julie who is going to help me give it to Danny Han Tai Ren wtf, my right eyelid started 'pulsating' sigh. Then I remember that they say that each side represents bad and good.
I asked my HK classmate and she says 'cho hung, yau kat' means right side unlucky, left side lucky. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!
So this means I am waiting for bad news???
Or this could mean there's a maggot moving in my eyelid. Wahhhhhhhttttt??
Uh huh. Last Sat, the 3 guys just arrived in Sydney and straight away they call me to go out spend money wtf. We had a late dinner at Szechuan HotPot and I later spent the night at Lai's apartment (oh pls dont even go there). Chee Hwa and I slept on the couch.
However, the next afternoon when Chee Hwa woke up, he said he found a maggot on his blankie. W-T-F!!!
He didn't use the blankie but I used mine. Cover my whole body summore. Maybe the maggots climb into my ear, nose or petpet hole ahhhhhhhh!!!! And lay eggs in my brain and I'll have maggots for brain!!! T____________________________T
Lai's house is full of maggots esp in the kitchen. T______________T

He's so cute!!!!
Today, I made an impromptu decision to dine at ICMS's GDR. Well, Danny's gonna be there. Good food and eye candy, cannot complain la.
It is the best decision I have made this day wtf. Julie, Simone, Kim and I were sitting at this table and because Danny knows/likes Julie wtf so he came to our table. He asked the usual thing a restaurant supervisor would do la. How's the food? Which did you choose? When we said steak, he made a super lame joke abt us being strong like men taking meat wtf. Ahahah, never mind la, he's so cute can forgive him on that lol.
Things abt Danny that Julie told me over dinner:
1) His full name is Danny Han Tai Ren. WTF? Sounds very Chinese lor. Also sound like some general who lived in the Han dynasty wtf.
2) He lived in Winsconsin for a year attending high school.
3) Apparently ICMS pays him really well to work here. More than what he was paid in Park Hyatt Hotel, Melbourne. Yes, he did his IT in Melbourne. Hot.
I am going to make the card tonight and ask someone to send it to him ok.
